Reflecting on how far NDM has come and where it is headed
Jan Maarten Schraagen, one of the leaders of the NDM movement, offers his thoughts on two questions Gary Klein posed to the community:
● First, what is the value proposition of NDM? Schraagen has a number of valuable insights.
● Second, who is our primary customer? Schraagen argues that it is practitioners rather than scientists.
