Overview
In recent years, there has been an intentional effort to reduce our confidence in experts—along with the value of human expertise itself.
Our newest webinar—led by renowned researchers Gary Klein, Robert Hoffman, and Ben Schneiderman—offers evidence-based rebuttals and a new path forward.
After attending, you will:
Be able to identify key perpetrators leading the attacks on expertise—some of which you might not expect
Recognize gaping holes in their claims, which on the surface may appear deceptively sound
Be armed with evidence and awareness about the urgent need for human expertise
In addition, you’ll learn about how the NDMA—in partnership with Schmidt Futures—is strengthening the case to better understand, appreciate, and accelerate human expertise across the workforce through applications of Cognitive Task Analysis.
