Registration

Registration for the joint meeting of the 15th Conference on International Naturalistic Decision Making and the 9th Symposium on Resilience Engineering is now open. When you register on the EasyChair registration form, please check boxes for all items you wish to register for in June. You may register for any number of days (one, two, or all three) of this meeting, as well as for the Workshop Day (June 21) and/or the Symposium Dinner (June 23). Registrations must be paid before April 30, 2021.

Please note, you will need to log in to your EasyChair account in order to complete the registration form. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one.

Additional Registration Information

Registrations not paid by April 30 may be cancelled.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have a limited capacity of 135 attendees for the in-person meeting in Toulouse (this may be subject to change – changes will be announced both here and on the FONCSI webpage).

Amendments can be made to registrations if done prior to the registration deadline. The reimbursement policy is as follows:

  • Toulouse registrations: until May 17, 2021: reimbursement of total paid minus costs (25.00€ + 4.9%)
  • Toulouse registrations: until June 6, 2021: reimbursement of 50%
  • Online registrations: until June 6, 2021: reimbursement of total paid minus costs (25.00€ + 4.9%)
  • No reimbursements after June 6, 2021
