In this webinar, you’ll learn about:
- Why AI-based decision support often fails to improve decision quality in practice
- The real-world conditions that make “helpful” decision support surprisingly hard
- A “machine-in-the-loop” model of decision support called Evaluative AI, influenced by Naturalistic Decision Making
- Preliminary findings from recent projects that test this conceptualization
- High-level, practical considerations for achieving real-world impact at the intersection of NDM and AI
