Description:

Cognitive task analysis conducted to reveal the underlying cognitive processes and decision requirements, and identify potential decision aids in support of selecting computer access solutions. Researchers interviewed six consumers with a disability* and five clinicians to identify design requirements to better support consumer needs as well as design implications to support clinicians during the selection process.
